So we made it to the Outer Banks, NC finally. Aside from the long drive, the traffic at parts was hair-pulling crazy! My road-tripping days may be over for now. Flying from point A to point B seems the less-stressful-eat-only-bad-food-become-irregular-inclined-to-road-rage-better-option for travel. In any case, I will probably blog a little less frequently while I am here as I am trying the living-it-and-not-just-writing-it part of my life, as I said earlier.
Here is Aurie laughing because we stopped somewhere in Arkansas at Moe's to eat and stretch. When we got to Suzette's, I got out of the car looking a little like Sponge Bob, all squared-up and boxy. That says a lot since I am 5'8". S-T-R-E-T-C-H. Y-A-W-N. TOUCH YOUR TOES!
