Chicago Chick-fil-A owner wants to talk with Emanuel

Chicago Chick-fil-A owner wants to talk with Emanuel
Good for Lauren Silich. She bought a franchise because she believed in the product and wanted a successful business, but she did not buy into the company's set of ideals and beliefs outside the making of yummy chicken. She took a stand that her franchise does not subscribe to the same sentiment regarding "the right to marry."

Again, that choice is personal. Do we tell Chick-fil-a how to make its chicken? No. And I don't want to. BUT, because Chick-fil-a as a company feels like they need to stick their little chicken fingers in other people's pie, then I will choose to avoid Chick-fil-a as a patron, oppose them on my blog, Facebook and Twitter. I will join my many friends, gay, straight, and Christian to say, "Those without sin may cast the first stone," or chicken in this case. DO YOU think there is anyone at Chick-fil-a who is sin-free?

It isn't even about sinning. It is about the freedom to makes decisions for ourselves without persecution from those hypocritical zealots who think they can throw their weight around. No one is without sin; no one living that is. There will be only one Judge (regardless of your beliefs), and He does not work at Chick-fil-a!
