malarkey

I am tired of hearing debates on whether gays should be allowed to marry. Whose business is it other than those who wish to be married? It isn't like anyone quizzes a man and a woman when they apply for a marriage license. There are men and women who get married all the time who should NOT be married, but no one starts digging around in their business. I don't want anyone pulling out their Bible and quoting scripture to me either. I have read the Bible, more than once, and I am aware of what it contains. Since there will be only one Judge in the end, who is to say what people can and cannot do when it comes to love and a life together? I will punch the next person who brings same-sex-marriage-bashing malarkey up.  The very next person! Just let people live their lives. Different strokes for different folks. I have my own beliefs as to partnerships and love when it comes to homo sapiens anyway. The heart cannot be quieted. You choose your mate based on more than gender. It is that simple.
