I am saddened that Lance Armstrong, after a decade of denying doping charges, has decided to give up the fight for truth. I understand why, but now, the powers that be will insist on stripping away all of his accomplishments. Seems to me that taking enhancement drugs does not give you talent like some magic pill.
Armstrong has the drive and skill without any drug assistance. Even if an athlete feels like he needs a lift, why should we judge? People do things every day to make themselves more productive, less tired, smarter. You can practically special order a child these days with all the advancements in embryonic cell engineering.
Still, it is those people in glass houses, casting stones about. Sad that we are always looking for the negative in everything. What a world it would be if we focused on the positive.
